VoltNexis Auth — Identity Terms

1. Service Overview

VoltNexis Auth ("Auth Service") is a unified identity provider that allows you to manage your credentials and access multiple VoltNexis products (such as FixMitra, Account Center, etc.) with a single set of credentials.

2. Account Security

• Choosing a strong, unique password.
• Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when available.
• Never sharing your authentication tokens or passwords with third parties.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Authorized Use

The Auth Service is intended for personal and authorized business use. Any attempt to bypass security measures, perform brute-force attacks, or scrape user data is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and legal action.

4. API Usage

Developers using VoltNexis Auth APIs must adhere to our security guidelines. Rate limits apply to all authentication endpoints to ensure service stability and security.

5. Termination

VoltNexis reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the terms of any integrated VoltNexis service.

6. Liability

While we employ state-of-the-art security measures, VoltNexis cannot be held liable for losses resulting from user negligence or unauthorized access due to compromised user devices.
