VoltNexis Auth — Privacy & Identity
Last Updated: April 2026
1. Data Collection
- Credentials: Passwords (hashed and salted) and security keys.
- Session Data: IP addresses, browser/device types, and login timestamps.
- MFA Data: Phone numbers or email addresses used for verification codes.
2. Data Usage
- Authenticating your identity across VoltNexis apps.
- Preventing fraudulent logins and brute-force attacks.
- Sending security alerts regarding your account.
- Managing active sessions and token revocation.
3. Cross-Service Sharing
When you log into a VoltNexis product (like FixMitra), we share a secure unique identifier (UUID) and necessary profile scopes (name, email) with that service. Your raw password is never shared with any sub-service.
4. Secure Storage
All sensitive data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Authentication tokens are generated using cryptographically secure methods and have limited lifespans.
5. Data Subject Rights
You can view your active sessions, change your password, and manage your MFA settings through the VoltNexis Account Center. You can also request a full data export or account deletion.
